02The Service
FightAndGoal is a premium network for live and on-demand combat sports and football, including MMA, boxing, wrestling and football coverage. Event listings, schedules, availability and stream sources may change without notice due to broadcast rights, scheduling and territorial restrictions.
Some events may be unavailable in your region. Where rights require it, certain streams are geo-restricted.
03Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use the Service. By using FightAndGoal you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you will comply with all applicable laws.
04Acceptable use
To keep the network fair and reliable for every fan, you agree not to:
- Record, rebroadcast, resell, embed or publicly perform any stream without authorisation.
- Circumvent geo-restrictions, access controls or security measures.
- Use bots, scrapers or automated tools to overload or extract data from the Service.
- Interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
- Use the Service for any unlawful, infringing or fraudulent purpose.
05Content & intellectual property
All event footage, graphics, logos, design, text and software on the Service are owned by FightAndGoal or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to reproduce or exploit that content beyond personal, non-commercial viewing within the Service.
The FightAndGoal name, logo and brand presentation are trademarks of FightAndGoal Media Ltd.
06Third-party streams & links
The Service may surface or link to streams and content delivered by third parties. We are not responsible for the availability, legality or content of third-party sources. If you believe content infringes your rights, please follow our DMCA procedure.
07Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that streams will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at any particular time, and live broadcasts depend on factors outside our control, including rights holders and network conditions.
08Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FightAndGoal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
09Changes to the Service & terms
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service, and may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
