04How we respond
Upon receiving a valid notice, we will disable access to the identified material as soon as reasonably practicable and, where relevant, notify the party that supplied it. We may also remove links to repeat sources.
05Counter-notice
If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to dmca@fightandgoal.com containing your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification, and your contact details and consent to jurisdiction. We may restore the material if the original complainant does not pursue legal action within the period required by law.
06Repeat infringers
It is our policy to restrict or terminate access for parties who are the subject of repeated valid infringement notices, in appropriate circumstances.
07Misuse of this process
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a takedown or counter-notice may expose you to liability for damages. Please ensure your claim is accurate before submitting. For broader terms, see our Terms of Service.
